Support SB 396 -Call immediately!

SB 396 is the new Senate bill introduced by Senators Dina Titus (D-Las Vegas) and Randolph Townsend (R-Washoe County) into the Senate Judiciary Committee that will make it a CLASS C FELONY to intentionally & maliciously kill a wild horse or an estray. It also increases the penalties for other cruelty acts against animals. It is more comprehensive than the previous SB 26 Felony/Tripping bill introduced by Senator Titus that died in the Senate Natural Resources Committee. We must now put all efforts to urge citizens of Nevada to call the Legislative Hot Line -687-4848 stating that you SUPPORT SENATE BILL No. 396 & to please let the legislators know you this. Or contact any legislator personally by addressing his/her name at Nevada State Senate OR Nevada State Assembly, Capitol complex, Carson City, Nevada 89710. For e-mails: senate@lcb.state,nv.us and assembly@lcb.state.nv.us which will send your e-mail to all legislators. Ask them to please support & vote YES on SB 369. You may give your own your personal reasons. Two-Thirds Majority vote is required in both the Assembly and Senate for passage to make this a long over due Nevada law.

Let’s not let the 34 estray wild horses die in vain!
