Leo's Fundraising Opportunities  

Clubs and organizations are invited to write and request information on special incentives currently available. Please submit all typewritten inquires on official letterhead of the club or organization represented. Each inquiry will be reviewed on an individual basis.
All inquires shall include:

~ Full name, complete address, phone number and official title of the person representing  the club or organization. This person shall have the authority to bind the club or organization in fundraising activities.
 
~ Mission Statement of the club or organization.
 
~ Purpose of fundraiser (how the money will be used to promote or enhance the club, organization or specific charity)
 
~ Relevant dates and times pursuant to the fundraiser.
