As you read this, PMU industry mares are peacefully grazing in Canadian and American
pastures, most with their suckling foals now two and three months old. But their days
together are numbered. In September, the foals will be weaned early, trucked to auction
and most sold to feed lot owners - UAN Report

Make a difference for a boy and give your Perchern on Loving
Home in Arkansas
"I've been searching for an older
Percheron. Possibly retired from show. We
had one pass last month. She was very old and had been saved 3 years ago from well, a meat
truck. She was the light of my 13 year olds life. She was his therapy horse. He has C.P.
She had a wonderful life with us. Weekend trips to the pond (3 acre ride) and once
or twice a week around the coral. Plenty of pasture and a 13 old Gelding Appaloosa, along
with a pony made her life comfortable. We miss not only her, but the demeanor of an older
Percheron. I never knew what formal training she had, she was just perfect for him. Could
you place an ad for him? Response to Jennifer in Bentonville, Arkansas (which is N.W.
