all claims, action, or demands for damage, loss and/or injury to person(s), livestock,
and/or property of her/himself and/or minor child(ren). This waiver will relieve
Washoe Horseman's Association, its officers, directors, members, agents and/or City of
Reno and/or County of Washoe from any, its, officers, directors, members, agents and/or
City of Reno and/or County of Washoe from any or all liability prior to,during or
following this show. Waiver will be valid and binding upon signature of parent or legal
guardian of minor child(ren) and/or adult if of legal age. I ALSO AGREE TO KNOW AND
ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ASSOCIATION AS SET FORTH IN THE CURRENT RULE
BOOK. I have read the above and by signing below agree to this waiver.
