of every month (except July) at Washoe Horseman's Park at 7:00 p.m.
Karen Hutton - Bio
Karen has a uniquely diverse background as rider, professional figure-skater and dancer.
Karen has coached not only all of the above sports, but vaulting, voice and acting,
as well. Having performed in and coached so many discipline, Karen knows well what
it takes mentally, physically and emotionally to be a successful rider.
Program - Brilliance In Performance
Learn simple (yet powerful!) relaxation, breathing adn body energy techniques that serve
as the basic for the kind of focus that creates confidence and solid performance in a
variety of stress situations. Explore basic biomechanics, with ground exercises
designed to develop the understanding, skill and strength necessary to be strong and
connected - utilizing your own body's unique design to help you!
