Animals Rescue Mobile Unit
Press Conference
In conjunction with the Animal Control Association of Nevada and Code 3 Associates of
Colorado, Code 3 will display their 75' tractor-trailer rig, which is a mobile vehicle
that provides relief to animals during disasters. It contains:
- A complete surgery clinic

- Provides housing for 75+ small animals
|
- To rescue boats, which were used most recently to haul feed to
animals stranded by Hurricane George
|
- Provides pipe corral housing for large animals
|
- Contains a 4-wheel drive vehicle for off-site rescue
|
|
The vehicle is used as a training center for animal rescue
organizations throughout the United States
This vehicle will be on public display at the Sparks Police Department, 1701 East Prater
Way, from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, October 17. There will be a special press
briefing at 11 a.m.
