Biomechanics and Structural Analysis
of both Horse and Rider

From 1993-97,  a specialized program developed to enhance the technical performance of the international level dancer in ballet  was adapted into dressage and hunter/jumper specific analysis, correction and retraining programs for both horse and rider.

Study the mechanics of correct postural alignment and control of the human frame in space

*  Receive guidelines on how to prevent injuries and enhance performance

*  Learn how to increase joint range of motion and flexibility

*  Schedule private consultations   which incorporate the same analysis, correction and retraining procedures used on international level ballet and olympic development athletes into dressage and hunter/jumper specific riding programs .

*  Learn how  joint corrective procedures developed to increase spinal and extremity joint range of motion on the international level dancer can be adapted for use on high level  dressage, hunter-jumper, cutting, barrel racing and reining horses.

Equestrain Training
From 1993-96, this work expanded into equestrian dressage and hunter/jumper training programs for both horse and rider. In May 1997, this specialized work and application to dressage specific training was introduced at the United States Dressage Federation Clinic in Eagle, Idaho.
