Camp Swampy 5725 Whitman Street Carson City, NV 89704-9561 7-13-98 Dear Adriene, I really enjoyed our conversation the other day and am enclosing pictures taken of your boy, Aceman, on last Thursday, 7-9-98. Am also enclosing his letter to you. His training is going well other than his insistence on not riding quietly in the trailer. Despite what he may tell you, he is not missing one hair and is totally sound. My trailer, on the other hand, has several front panels where the welds have been split and there's missing paint on the ceiling and walls. Tanya is going to give the Aceman a bath after we do our trailer thing this Sunday. Remember our discussion about the two chairs, small table and umbrella? Well, this time I had all my students go sit in the chairs and on the table with their horses in hand and then the Aceman spooked because he thought I was going to make him go over and sit in the chair (I guess, who knows????) Other than that, he was fairly good yesterday while at the Staffords' arena. Talk at ya later- |
