for Making
a Difference..
So many times things happen where each of us can make a difference. Some people do
something, others only wish they had done something.
This April we want to thank two individuals who have helped
make a big difference for a horse and owner. |

April 1998 - Many thanks to Beverly Carasali and Carol Stark
for making it possible for "Honeybee" to have foot surgery. You two have
saved the riding careers of one senior citizen mare and one little girl! |
July 1998 UPDATE - As of this date, July 23, 1998, Honey Bee is now
fully recovered! Many thanks to Dr. Becky and the staff at Comstock Large Animal Hospital,
Beverly Carasali, and Carol Stark for all their help with Honey Bee's surgery and
recovery.
Honey Bee and little Jessica Mehserle are now riding the hills and dunes of Washoe Valley
again. Seeing the 23 year old mare and ten year old girl out riding has made all the hard
work worth it! Thanks!
