It's time once again for tune-ups ! Show season will be here before you know it.  And for some lucky equestrians it has already begun.

So, as you ready your partner with shedding blades, scissors and clippers (just to name a few), don't forget about yourself. No matter what discipline you ride there are certain goals we all have in common.

Our jeans or britches aren't too tight (you don't have to lay down to zip them up!) Our rear view shows off our horses attributes. And, the next morning after a serious ride or competion our signicant other doesn't have to give us a hand getting off the throne after we have practiced being a king or queen.

And so the fun begins, getting and staying fit is a way of life, like brushing your teeth, take a few minutes each day to freshen the mind, satisfy the soul and care for your body. Each week a new exercise, fitness tip and diet clue with be available to try. We will focus on the equestrian and the rigors of riding and competing.

Be sure and start off the program with Week #1!
