The Story of Lynn's Hounds...

Lynn's breeding program developed and made a gradual transition from her original English hounds to Walker Hounds, a faster, lighter breed. Their characteristics proved much more suitable for the high, dry, open desert than their slower English relatives. With a reputation for being unbiddable, the Walker Hounds traditionally had not received wide respect from Masters of Foxhounds.

In 1997, the Red Rock Hounds were recognized as a keen, biddable, very fast pack of 85 American Foxhounds, primarily tricolor, with 75% Walker and 25% English breeding.
